18 Years to 54 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-54, male or female; 2. Currently mainly due to obsessive-compulsive symptoms, in line with DSM-5 obsessive-compulsive disorder diagnostic criteria; 3. 16 = Y-BOCS score = 31 points; 4. Receive stable routine medication; 5. Have a junior high school education and above; 6. Have sufficient audiovisual level to complete the examinations necessary for the study; 7. The patient understands the study and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comply with DSM-5 other than OCD; 2. OCD symptoms are so severe that the patient is unable to complete the required assessment, examination and treatment; 3. There is a negative perception or a high risk of suicide; 4. Substance abuse in people with serious physical or central system diseases; 5. Women who are pregnant or preparing for a recent pregnancy, as well as lactating women; 6. Accept other psychotherapy and physical therapy at the same time; 7. Those who do not cooperate or are unable to complete the treatment.
