Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 45 to 80 years; 2) 7 days to 6 months after the onset of ischemic stroke; 3) Simple Mental State Examination (MMSE) score: illiterate group: > 17 points and 20 points and 24 points and <30 points; 4) Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Cognitive dysfunction caused by various non-vascular causes: including Alzheimer's disease (AD), cognitive impairment due to head injury, history of encephalitis or other diseases that can cause dementia such as Parkinson's disease Disease, Huntington's disease, etc.; 2) People with depression or other mental disorders; 3) People with certain diseases can interfere with cognitive function evaluation, including alcohol-drinking patients, or those who have been diagnosed with drug or other psychotropic substances by DSM-IV in the past 5 years; 4) Cognitive evaluation is not possible with severe neurological deficits; 5) Those with severe heart, lung and renal dysfunction; 6) Other patients who are considered inappropriate to participate in the study by researchers.
