18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with Stanford A aortic dissection diagnosed by CTA and undergoing aortic dissection replacement; (2) Patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography and undergoing non-extracorporeal coronary artery bypass surgery; (3) Patients with rheumatic heart disease diagnosed by color Doppler echocardiography and undergoing single or double valve replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with other immunodeficiency diseases; (2) patients with malignant tumors; (3) patients with severe infectious diseases before operation; (4) pregnant women; (5) patients with reoperation; (6) patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction before operation.
