Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Occupational groups aged 18-60 with good health; 2. Those who use smart phones and Wechat Apps with step count functions; 3. Those who sign written informed consents to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with severe heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, mental illness, physical disorders, and other conditions that are not suitable for exercise; 2. Women in period of pregnancy or breast feeding; 3. Unwilling to cooperate with the intervention program.
