Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-50 years of age male and female; 2) Cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass with mild mitral regurgitation and no left ventricular outflow tract obstruction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who need coronary artery bypass grafting at the same time; 2) patients with complex congenital heart disease; 3) Patients with reduced LVEF; 4) Patients with pulmonary hypertension; 5) Patients with unstable hemodynamics and requiring large doses of vasoactive drugs; 6) Complicated with pneumothorax, chest trauma and other factors, which affect the quality of ultrasound imaging; 7) Patients with atrial fibrillation or flutter; 8) Severe bradycardia (heart rate < 50 beats/min) or degree II-III atrioventricular block; 9) Severe infection; 10) Patients who can not get out of the ventilator smoothly on the first day after operation; 11) Participating in an interventional clinical study.
