30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 30-75 years old; (2) patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes who have been suffering from the disease for more than half a year; (3) those who have received clinical nutrition education after illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the hyperthyroidism; (2) patients with diseases with short life expectancy, such as malignant tumors; (3) serious complications of diabetes; (4) various serious chronic diseases or liver and kidney dysfunction; (5) had severe hypoglycemia; (6) patients with poor compliance (cannot guarantee to complete the 3-month intervention and follow-up visit during the follow-up visit); (7) movement is inconvenient and regular return visit is not possible.
