Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Non-pregnant women, aged over 18 years, who are hospitalized for infertility, uterine leiomyoma and benign ovarian tumors, are scheduled to undergo laparoscopic or hystero-laparoscopic combined surgery. (2) Patients are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those suspected of deep infiltrative endometriosis, malignant tumors or previous pelvic surgery with a history of 2 or more times may need intestinal surgery before operation; (2) Emergency operations such as ectopic pregnancy; (3) Severe abnormalities of liver and kidney function (routine biochemical examination before operation); (4) The patients could not cooperate with the questionnaires because of their language and cultural level.
