Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ranging in age from 20 to 25; 2. Living near Zhejiang Gongshang University, within 3 km; 3. 20 non-allergic people and 20 allergic people with clear food allergy history; 4. Without any other particular diseases.
