Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 18 years old; 2. Willing to participate in the Research and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of AP is not clear; 2. History of chronic intestinal diseases; 3. After colectomy; 4. History of recurrent AP; 5. Unwilling to participate in the Research or sign informed consent.
