Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Genetic screening confirmed as mt.3243A>G mutation patient; 2. Aged between 18 and 75 years old; 3. If it is a woman of childbearing age, the urine pregnancy test is negative; 4. The patient signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female patients are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy during the trial; 2. Have obvious liver and kidney disease (ALT or AST is 2-3 times higher than the upper limit of normal, or T-Bil is 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal, or Cr>115µmol/L); 3. Suffering from unstable or severe angina pectoris, cardiac insufficiency (NYHA classification III/IV); 4. Suffering from chronic wasting diseases such as malignant tumors and tuberculosis, blood diseases, psychosis, autoimmune diseases, obvious digestive dysfunction, acute cerebrovascular disease in the past 6 months
