Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents aged 65 years or more who living in beishan, hemu and xixi communities of hangzhou, with normal cognitive function and able to cooperate with the investigation and relevant referrals were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Brain tumors, Parkinson's disease, depression and other neurological disorders; Exclusion of hypothyroidism; Eliminate vitamin B12 deficiency; Participants were not given anticonvulsants, neuroleptics, antiemetic agents (e.g., antiepileptics), antipsychotics, etc. No serious blood diseases, including chronic abnormalities of whole blood cells and anemia requiring treatment/transfusion; There is no acute critical illness (such as acute myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney disease).
