20 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 50 years; 2. BMI:24-35 kg/m2; 3. Waist circumference:male>=90cm, female>=80cm; 4. No clear adverse previous medical history; 5. Participate in the research with clear purpose and high enthusiasm; 6. Permanent residence and have no plan to move to another place in the near future.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes melitus,hypertension,renal insufficiency,gout,thyroid dysfunction,cerebrovascular disease,mental disease,acute infection,chronic wasting disease (TB infection, cancer, HIV). 2. Taking a drug that lowers blood lipid cholesterol,or have been used drug treatment of anti-obesity; had bariatric surgery;the weight change more than 5% before 3 months into the study. 3. With abuse of alcohol and drugs;change the smoking habits within 6 months or plan to quit smoking in the futrue 3 months. 4. Pregnancy in the past 6 months or breast feeding women,and consideration of pregnancy during the research stage. 5. Before the 3 months of screening,participation in another clinical trials.
