Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with intracranial tumors diagnosed by craniocerebral surgery in Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center who underwent selective tumor resection and used blood recycling machine during operation. Selection criteria: 1) The expected blood loss is more than 15% of the estimated maximum blood volume of the child; 2) No cross matching can be obtained, and the family members of the children are unwilling to accept allogeneic blood, but willing to accept intraoperative autologous blood transfusion; 3) Rare blood group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hemolysis of red blood cells; 2) Family members refused to use the technology; 3) sepsis or sepsis; 4) The tumors have metastasis or recurrence.
