Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient who suffer from orthopaedic surgery using general anesthesia, intraspinal anesthesia, or nerve block anesthesia is included in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient who complicated with mental diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Parkinson's disease or taking anti-anxiety drugs and sedative drugs is excluded from the experiment. The patients who is unable to listen and see.
