Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with Parkinson's disease who meet the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition); 2. receiving medication for more than 3 months; 3. sign informed consent, voluntary participation in this study and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with cognitive impairment or language communication difficulties; 2. patients with psychosis, severe dementia and severe organic diseases of heart and kidney; 3. patients who dropped out of the study.
