Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia for "lower abdominal surgeries" ,Aged > 18 years, ASA grade I-III, normal liver and kidney function, no long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and analgesic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infection 3 days before surgery, preoperative chemotherapy, immunosuppression-related diseases, patients who are unable to block the lumbar muscle block (cannot cooperate, infection at the puncture site, disease of the coagulation system, etc.), hearing and speech impairment.
