Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Present stroke diagnosis according to cerebrovascular diseases Diagnostic Criteria in traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine; 2. First and/ or multiple strokes, the course of the disease between 2 and 36 weeks; 3. The scores of HAMD-17 were from 7 to 24, and the scores of suicidal tendency in HAMD-17 were less than 3; 4. Aged between 35 to 75 years; 5. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe illnesses, such as heart, liver, kidney, and malignant tumor disease; 2. Patients with severe auditory, language, cognitive impairment and/ or examination unable to cooperate; 3. With history of depression or mental illness such as schizophrenia, mania, claustrophobia; and history of using antidepressant.
