18 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged = 18 years old; 2. The refractive status of the past two years is stable, and the annual increase in myopia does not exceed 0.5D; 3. corneal thickness = 460µm; 4. Stop wearing contact lenses for more than 2 weeks, hard contact lens for more than 1 month; 5. myopia degree SE= 6.00D, astigmatism =2.00D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite diagnosis or high suspicion of keratoconus; 2. preoperative examination can not cooperate, nystagmus and so on; 3. patients with acute conjunctivitis, keratitis, corneal ulcer, iritis and other active inflammatory diseases of the eye. Patients with severe dry eye, cataract, glaucoma, corneal degeneration, corneal dystrophy, fundus hemorrhage, retinal detachment, etc.; 4. estimated postoperative central corneal residual thickness of less than 360µm; 5. corneal curvature > 47 D or < 38 D; 6. history of traumatic eye injury and (eyelid, eyelid, eyeball) surgery history; 7. diabetes, hypertension, knot hoof tissue disease, hyperthyroidism, autoimmune diseases and other systemic diseases. 8. corneal scar leukoplakia and other effects on corneal transparency and old lesions; 9. patients with mental disorders.
