Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis 3.0 (A. Low blood pressure MAP < 65mmHg that cannot be corrected by active fluid resuscitation; B. Need to use vasoactive drugs; C. Increased blood lactate refers to blood lactate value = 2mmol / L.) 2. Aged 18 to 85 years; 3. Hospital stay is greater than 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, end-stage disease, extensive burns, malignant tumors within 5 years of elimination, post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation, dialysis, and liver and kidney failure at the time of enrollment. 2. Patients who are taking certain drugs such as metformin at the time of diagnosis.
