Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Able to withstand general anesthesia and hepatectomy; 2. With a diagnosis of LLH with or without bile duct stricture or dilatation, and hepatic fibrosis or atrophy occurring in the hepatic lobes of the lesion; 3. Combined with a small amount of stone in the right liver, which could be completely removed by choledochoscopy; 4. Combined with common bile duct stones or gallstones; 5. Normal Oddi's sphincter function; 6. Child-Pugh class A or B liver functional status and ASA physical status of I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. General condition of the patient not allowing general anesthesia and hepatectomy; 2. Complications with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis; 3. Stricture of extrahepatic bile duct or residual intrahepatic bile duct stricture; 4. The right intrahepatic bile duct stones or caudate leaf stones cannot be removed by choledochoscope; 5. Complications with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas; 6. Presence of severe biliary cirrhosis, severe atrophy/hypertrophy syndrome, hepatic portal displacement, or portal vein cavernous transformation; 7. Hilar biliary strictures requiring to be remolded.
