Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with unilateral SFU Grade 4 ureteropelvic junction obstruction who had Anderson-Hynes operation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Megaureters, ureterocele, duplicative and solitary kidney. Radiographic voiding cystourethrography was done to exclude vesicoureteral reflux and posterior urethral valves. Moreover, patients with chromosomal or other structural abnormalities.
