Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: retrospectively reviewed the anastomosis defects cases from wuhan union hospital since we used endoscopy to evaluated the anastomosis defects. We retrieved cases with drainage tube pass through the defect

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. normal anastomotic fistula patients; 2. Reject participants
