Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At the time of signing the informed consent, aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. Accord with the indication of laparoscopic gastric sleeve resection and perform laparoscopic gastric sleeve resection; 3. Understand and sign the informed consent, if illiterate, press the fingerprint; 4. Patients without diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency and high surgical risk; 2. Patients with perioperative complications; 3. Refuse to implement the dietary guide of case manager after enrollment; 4. Patients have poor compliance, do not follow up twice on time or refuse to follow up; 5. Patients voluntarily withdraw.
