Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children less than 28 days undergoing surgical treatment at the participating medical centers during the study period, including elective surgery, limited surgery, emergency surgery, including day surgery, various surgical procedures requiring general anesthesia, and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient underwent general anesthesia but did not have any surgical procedures; 2. No general anesthesia was performed when the child received medical procedure.
