Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-100 years old healthy men or women; 2. Voluntarily participating in our study and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with diabetes and using glucose-lowing medications; 2. Suffering from other serious disease; 3. People who might not follow this program.
