Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All infants with gestational age less than 35 weeks who will be discharged from the neonatal department of the participating hospitals between April 1, 2018 and November 31, 2020

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: infants with intestinal abnormalities and chromosomal abnormalities
