Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 55 and 70 years; 2) The residence distance is less than 5 km from the fixed monitoring station; 3) The gender ratio of the population should be balanced as far as possible; 4) The urban and peri-urban population included 60 healthy subjects and 60 clinically diagnosed hypertension patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Smokers and people who quit smoking for less than three years; 2) History of diseases that may affect endothelial function, such as previous history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (ischemic heart disease such as myocardial infarction, stroke, arrhythmia, pacemaker use, and other cardiovascular diseases in anticoagulation therapy); history of diseases that may cause secondary hypertension, such as aortic coarctation, hypersaline Corticosteroid disease, unilateral kidney disease, pheochromocytoma, and thrombotic microangiopathy and vasculitis caused by various causes; 3) Secondary dyslipidemia: alcoholism, autoimmune diseases, nephrotic syndrome, viral or non-viral hepatitis (clinical active status within 12 months prior to the study), obstructive hepatobiliary diseases, macroglobulinemia/hemoglobulin abnormalities, multiple myeloma, glycogen storage disease, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism, etc. Chronic pancreatitis and porphyria, etc.; 4) Possibly affecting serum proinflammatory factors, such as bacterial or viral infections or surgery, lymphoma/leukemia, etc. within two weeks before clinical examination; 5) suffering from progressive diseases, such as immune system diseases, type 1 diabetes mellitus, renal failure, etc.
