Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion conditions of COPD group mainly include: patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of COPD; Between 45 and 70 years old; Live nearby Shichahai community, Xicheng district; No smoking history in 3 years. The main inclusion criteria of healthy population included: basic information matching, i.e., volunteers matched with age and gender of selected COPD patients. No history of current smoking, past smokers quit for more than 3 years, and chest radiographs were normal. Other chronic diseases need to be well controlled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoke or quit smoking less than 3 years
