Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were as follows: aged 2-7 years; ASA Physical Status I~II; BMI<30 kg/m2; who were to undergo general anesthesia without regional anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were as follows: gastrointestinal disorders; previous gastric or lower oesophageal surgery; laparoscopic or gastrointestinal surgery; develomental delays and cardiac diseases.
