Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Complying with the diagnostic criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome recommended by the European Society of Human Reproductive and Embryonic Medicine (ESHRE/ASRM) in Rotterdam in 2003; (2) Aged 18-60 years old; (3) No desire for pregnancy, non-drug contraceptive measures (male using condom) were adopted after selection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Long-term or recent exogenous androgen users or those receiving steroid corticosteroid therapy, or those receiving malignant tumors, or those who have a history of drug abuse and alcoholism in the past two years; (2) Those who have used metformin or other insulin sensitizers in the past month; (3) Complicated with other endocrine diseases, such as hyperprolactinemia, thyroid disease, androgen-secreting tumors, Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia and 21-hydroxylase deficiency atypical adrenocortical hyperplasia (17-hydroxyprogen level was measured). (4) Those with serious cardiovascular, blood, liver and kidney diseases and low immune function; those with ALT or AST higher than the upper limit of normal reference value and serum creatinine higher than the upper limit of normal reference value; (5) Patients who cannot take effective contraceptive measures in the course of the experiment; (6) Pregnant women and lactating women.
