Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: HSP group: (1) has a typical history of Henoch-Schonlein purpura haptic rash, in line with the HSP diagnostic criteria developed by the Immunology Group of the Chinese Medical Association Pediatrics in 2013; (2) Aged = 18 years. HSPN group: (1) has a typical history of allergic purpura, in line with the HSPN diagnostic criteria developed by the Nephrology Group of the Chinese Medical Association Pediatrics in 2016: hematuria and/or proteinuria within 6 months of HSP disease; renal pathology Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, which is mainly deposited in the IgA mesangial area, is shown. (2) Aged = 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) systemic lupus erythematosus; (2) primary IgA nephropathy, hepatitis B virus-associated nephropathy, lupus nephritis, thin basement membrane nephropathy and other kidney diseases; (3) those who have been treated with glucocorticoids and/or immunosuppressive agents for the past 4 weeks; (4) have tumors, trauma, serious infections, cardiovascular diseases and other autoimmune diseases.
