Age
1 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1-40 years; 2. Pathologically confirmed malignant germ cell tumors of the ovary; 3. Chemotherapy regimen containing BLM; 4. Life expectancy exceeds 3 months; 5. Normal blood routine, liver and kidney function and urine routine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With pulmonary fibrosis already; 2. Unable to complete the follow up; 3. Past history of lung disease treatment; 4. Other malignant tumors in the past five years.
