Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria for acne vulgaris, 2. The score of GAGS was from 19 to 38; 3. Aged 18 to 48 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other types of acne: acne polymerization, explosive acne, drug acne, premenstrual acne, cosmetic acne, occupational acne patients; 2. Patients with other diseases that affect the severity of acne, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid disease, and atypical congenital adrenal hyperplasia; 3. Patients who have been treated locally or systematically with antibiotics in the past month; or who have used contraceptive or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past month; Or patients who have been treated systematically with retinoic acid or steroid drugs in the past month; 4. Patients who currently associated with other skin diseases that interfere with acne evaluation, such as roseacne, folliculitis, and so on; 5. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic diseases and systemic malnutrition; 6. Pregnant or lactating women who plan to become pregnant within 7 months.
