Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: undergoing elective thoracoscopic left lung surgery under general anesthesia, both sexes, older than 18 years of age, BMI index in the range of 18.5 ~ 29.0, the ASA class for I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with respiratory insufficiency or failure, pulmonary interstitial disease, bronchiectasis, and severe chest or lung adhesion; 2. Patients with cardiac insufficiency or failure, history of coronary heart disease, history of congenital heart disease and history of heart valve disease.
