Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) X-ray films showed patients with tibiofibular fractures who have not undergone skeleton traction therapy; (2) Patients with unilateral limbs and single fractures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with multiple injuries or unstable vital signs; (2) Multiple fractures of the limbs; (3) Tibiofibular fractures requiring emergency surgery (osteoarticular compartment syndrome, suspected vascular injury); (4) Patients with serious underlying disease crisis such as malnutrition, diabetes, kidney disease, crown, heart disease.
