32 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with typical or atypical chest pain; 2. Patients with abnormal electrocardiogram in treadmill exercise test; 3. patients with coronary heart disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe arrhythmias such as arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation and sick sinus syndrome; 2. People with severe heart failure and asthma; 3. Contrast agent allergy or renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min/1.73 m2); 4. Special physical conditions, such as pregnant or lactating women; 5. Long-term use of metformin; 6. Active hyperthyroidism.
