Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-60 years; weighing 50-60 kg; ASA I~II. Cases with upper tourniquet time over 100 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Blocking anesthesia contraindication patients.
