18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years, and the ASA I-II; 2. patient with thyroid disease, requiring thyroid surgery; 3. Be able to understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 4. Be able to follow the research requirements and cooperate with the researcher's visit time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hoarseness before surgery; 2. Malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, poor general condition; 3. Patients with neurological and endocrine diseases; 4. Patients with small mandibular or facial deformities and a history of difficult airway disease; 5. With active infections; 6. With a history of drug abuse; 7. Difficult on communication, unable to describe who's own symptoms; 8. Currently participating in another clinical study; 9. Any experimental drug (product not approved by a health agency) is currently in use.
