Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age=18 years old, RA was diagnosed with the ACR classification criteria in 1987 or the ACR/EULAR classification criteria in 2010; 2. DAS28-ESR=3.2, and RA is treated with two or more traditional DMARDs (including methotrexate or leflunomide) for 6 months or more, or biological/targeted DMARDs combined with traditional DMARDs for 3 months or more; 3. obtaining informed consent.
