Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged over 60 years old; 2. Post surgery by gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who transferred directly from the operating room to ICU after operation; 2. Postoperative hospitalization should not exceed 24 hours; 3. Patients or family members who do not cooperate; 4. Due to other factors caused the normal medical procedure can not be continued.
