18 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-30 years; 2. Volunteered to participate in the study and have signed the informed consent; 3. The mandibular third molar belongs to the Pell and Gregory class II position B; 4. Be able to communicate well with researchers and comply with the requirements of the whole study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use anti-inflammatory or analgesics during within 15 days before enrollment; 2. Allergic to drugs or other substances used in the study; 3. pregnant or lactating women; 4. Abnormal blood routine; 5. Coagulation dysfunction or previous use of anticoagulant drugs within 1 month; 6. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Mentally ill people cannot sign informed consent forms; 8. Due to poor compliance, the researchers considered who inappropriate to continue to participate in this clinical trial.
