Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moyamoya disease DSA or MRI diagnosis of moyamoya disease standards, performance for unexplained unilateral or bilateral internal carotid artery end, brain artery and (or) before starting of middle cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion, accompanied by the bottom of the brain through the artery or brain surface capillaries expansion, namely the smoke, the formation of the veins; 2. Carotid ischemic cerebrovascular disease was diagnosed according to DSA and MR; 3. The signing of informed consent; 4. Aged 7 to 80 years old. The education level of the patient reached primary school and above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with vascular disease due to immune system disease; 2. patients who cannot receive revascularization surgery; 3. with other neuropsychiatric diseases that affect cognitive function (such as alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, depression, anxiety, cerebral hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, craniocerebral trauma, etc.); 4. contraindications of magnetic resonance examination (with cardiac pacemaker, nerve stimulator, artificial metal heart valve and other metal foreign bodies, etc.).
