Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing primary unilateral total hip or knee arthroplasty because of OA,DDH etc.; 2. older than 40 years; 3. BMI=24kg/m2 (Chinese standard); 4. Patients who voluntarily participated in clinical trials and signed informed consents with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneous bilateral total joint arthroplasty; 2. Revision arthroplasty; 3. Patients with anemia, hypo-proteinemia or coagulation disorders.
