40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 40-80 years; (2) aseptic necrosis of femoral head, duration of more than 3months; (3) osteonecrosis of femoral head were diagnosed by MRI or CT, and consistent with the clinical symptoms and signs; (4) the degree of pain (VAS) is more than 4; (5) ARCO stage I, II and III patients with femoral head necrosis; (6) the patients have got conservative treatment, including non morphine treatment and physical therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) who had history of joint surgery; (2) infection ,spinal tumors or tuberculosis; (3) a history of drug abuse or oral anticoagulation; (4) abnormal psychological, cognitive disorders; (5) not suitable for local injection; (6) had received prior treatment for injection in the past 3months; (7) during pregnancy.
