Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Definitive diagnosis of type 1 diabetes and age-matched non-diabetic controls; 2) Agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other eye conditions affecting the macula and optic disc; 2. Refractive error > 3 diopter (D); 3. Eye trauma and history of surgery, strabismus or amblyopia; 4. Patients with diabetic retinopathy have been diagnosed by routine fundus examination; 5. Severe cataracts, vitreous opacity or other conditions that affect OCTA imaging (scan quality 21 mm Hg; 7. Combined with acute complications or infections of diabetes, complicated with allergic diseases; 8. Severe systemic diseases that may cause changes in retinal blood vessels; 9. There are any patients with uncontrolled clinical diseases (such as AIDS, active hepatitis, severe mental, neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory and other systemic diseases and malignant tumors).
