Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inpatients, >= 15 years old and admitted to and discharged from non-psychiatric departments of WCH from Jan 2015 to Dec 2018.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients from departments in which: subjects screened by the Huaxi Emotional-Distress Index (HEI) at admission comprised < 2000 consults.
