A:Using the Wiltse approach (via multiple crack) in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures or degenerative disease
B:With traditional posterior approach for treatment of thoracolumbar fractures or degenerative disease

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnostic criteria: X-ray films, CT and MRI in patients with thoracolumbar fractures or degenerative disease. 2. symptoms and signs and imaging anastomosis; 3. physical condition that can tolerate surgery; 4. To be able to complete 12 to 24 months follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. suspicious of postoperative intervertebral infection or merge wound infection; complicated with other may cause thoracic lumbar and lower limb pain diseases; 2. ankylosing spondylitis, such as tuberculosis or tumor cause pathological fracture;Recurrence of thoracic lumbar degenerative disease; 3. the patients pain threshold is too low or mental instability cannot fit assessment; 4. history of spinal surgery, secondary surgery may merge nerve root adhesion; 5. postoperative pain or muscle pain killer injection pump of patients.
