Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Osteoporotic patients aged at least 65 years, with the diagnosis of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture through slight injury or no injury; 2. Fresh vertebral compression fracture diagnosed by image examination, the height of front vertebral edge loss more than 1/3 or the height of front vertebral edge loss less than 1/3 but the VAS score was more than 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vertebral compression fracture with compression of the spinal cord or nerve root and needed to do decompression surgery; 2. Pathologic compression fracture by metastasis; 3. Patients with severe coagulation disease; 4. Patients with local skin infection or systemic infectious disease; 5. Patients can not be followed-up on schedule after treatment.
