Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the babies born between 2019.3.1 to 2020.2.29; 2. whose parents are permanent residents of Beijing (living for more than 6 months); 3. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local born but not permanent residents of Beijing; 2. whose guardian refuses to participate.
