Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I-III patients scheduled for gastrocolonoscopy; 2. Aged 18 or above male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic history of anesthetic drugs and nitroglycerin; 2. long-term addiction and dependence on hypnotic drugs, long-term alcoholics; 3. those who fail to cooperate, fail to communicate and suffer from neuropsychiatric diseases; 4. severe abnormal heart, lung, liver and kidney functions; 5. preoperative authors had respiratory tract infection and asthma; 6. injection of analgesic/sedative drugs within 24 hours before the surgery; 7. with mental disorder and can cooperate; 8. with severe endocrine, cardiovascular or respiratory diseases.
